The minimum quantity depends on the product and the branding technique: it is shown on each product page. For a specific project (small run, several models), contact us and we will tell you the available options.

Our prices are tiered: the more you order, the lower the unit price. The final price includes the product, the customisation and any setup costs (preparation of files and machines). Only the prices shown on the approved quote are binding.

Depending on the product: screen printing, embroidery, digital printing, laser engraving, pad printing, sublimation, transfer… The available techniques are shown on each product page, and we advise you on the one best suited to your artwork and the item.

Ideally, send your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, vector PDF or SVG). For digital printing, a high-resolution file (300 DPI minimum) in PNG or JPEG is also fine.

Yes, we always send you a digital proof for approval before starting production. Nothing is manufactured without your written approval.

It depends on the technique: most allow multi-colour branding, and the price varies with the number of colours. Digital printing allows full-colour artwork, including gradients.

Allow 2 to 18 working days of production after proof approval, depending on the technique and the quantity (for example 2 working days for screen printing or laser engraving up to 250 pieces), then 2 to 4 working days of transport to France. The exact lead time is shown on each product page and confirmed on the quote. If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering.

We deliver to more than 30 European countries (European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway…). For delivery outside Europe, contact us for a quote.

Yes, you receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also follow its progress from your customer account.

Standard delivery is free for orders from 500 € excl. VAT. Below that, it is a flat €24.95 excl. VAT per order, whatever the number of parcels. Express delivery is available on request.

Bank transfer (SEPA) and card payment via our secure payment platform. Deferred payment terms are only possible with prior written agreement.

Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider: your card numbers are entered with Stripe and are never seen or stored by Promotexo. Your bank may ask for strong authentication (3-D Secure). Payment by bank transfer is also available.

Yes, full payment is required when ordering, unless agreed otherwise in writing beforehand. Production starts once payment is received and the proof is approved. Details are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.

Yes, an invoice is always issued and available in your customer account. We can also send it by email on request.

Promotexo is a distributor: our products come from established European wholesalers and the branding is carried out by partner workshops. Certifications (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, FSC…) and REACH compliance are shown on the product pages when the supplier provides them.

Yes, the catalogue includes eco-friendly products (organic cotton, recycled materials, bamboo…). We avoid greenwashing: certifications are only shown when they actually exist.
