Production time depends on the branding technique and the quantity; it is shown on the product page and confirmed with the quote.

  1. Quote

    Online from “My quote” or via the quick quote. Viewable in your account and downloadable as a PDF.

  2. Order

    Quote accepted by electronic signature, payment by card (Stripe) or bank transfer.

  3. Proof

    The branding mock-up arrives in “My proofs”: you approve it, or reject it with a comment. Proof before production.

  4. Production & delivery

    Production starts after proof approval, order tracking from your account, invoice available as a PDF.

EU VAT number

Number automatically checked on VIES (European Commission). B2B delivery to another EU country: invoice excl. VAT, reverse charge.

Card or bank transfer

Secure card payment via Stripe, or bank transfer.

Free delivery from 500 € excl. VAT

Threshold calculated on the whole order. Below it, delivery is a flat €24.95 excl. VAT per order.

Quote valid for 30 days

Prices itemised per line; may be adjusted for the final logo, confirmed at proof stage.

Volume pricing

The unit price drops with each quantity tier, shown on every product page. Large-volume orders.

05 — Resellers & affiliate programme

Your clients order, you get paid.

The Promotexo partner programme is for agencies, resellers and business introducers. Every order placed with your code earns a commission on the product price excl. VAT (excluding set-up, handling and delivery costs). The partner banner is required for tracking.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get a quote for several products?

Add your products to “My quote” from the product pages, then send the request: a single quote covers all items. You can also use the quick quote form on this page if you don't know yet which product to choose.

Can I download my quote as a PDF?

Yes. Every quote can be viewed in your customer account (“My quotes”) and downloaded as a PDF for internal approval. It can then be accepted online by electronic signature, with a code sent by email.

How is VAT handled for a business in the European Union?

Your EU VAT number is automatically checked with the European Commission's VIES service. For a B2B delivery to another EU country with a valid number, the invoice is issued excluding VAT (reverse charge).

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card (secure payment via Stripe) and bank transfer. You choose the payment method when ordering.

Will I see the branding before production?

Yes. A proof is submitted to you in your account, under “My proofs”. You approve it or reject it with a comment: nothing is produced without your approval.

Where can I find my invoices?

In your customer account, under “My invoices”: every invoice can be viewed online and downloaded as a PDF.

I'm an agency or a reseller: what are the terms?

The affiliate programme rewards every order placed with your partner code: a commission calculated on the product price excl. VAT, paid in cash or as store credit, at a rate that rises with your cumulative sales volume. You sign up online.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders from 500 € excl. VAT. Below that, it is a flat €24.95 excl. VAT per order, whatever the number of parcels.
