Can I split my delivery to multiple addresses?
Yes, it is possible to split your order across a maximum of 5 different addresses. Contact our sales team to arrange a multi-site delivery.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, we offer air freight for most orders. However, some products cannot be shipped by air for safety reasons and are limited to standard delivery.
Can I add special handling labels?
Yes, but only before order confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to add this service.
What is a proof (BAT)?
A proof is a digital mockup of your customized product that we send you for approval before starting production. Production times only begin after your approval of the proof.
