How long does an order really take?
Production time is shown on each product page: it depends on the product, quantity and technique (usually 2 to 18 business days after proof approval), plus transport. We confirm the actual lead time in the quote.
Do you work with startups / SMEs?
Absolutely. Minimum quantities vary by product and marking technique and are shown on each product page. We especially support first orders with extra advice.
Do you offer eco-friendly products?
Yes, the catalogue includes many eco-friendly products. We avoid greenwashing: certifications (GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX…) are shown on product pages when the supplier provides them. See our selection /products.php?eco=1
How do you guarantee quality?
We work with established European wholesalers and partner marking workshops, a proof is approved with you before any production, and if a delivered product has a defect or a non-compliant marking, we find a solution with you.
Do you deliver throughout Europe?
Yes, we deliver to more than 30 European countries (European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway…). Standard delivery €24.95 excl. VAT per order, free from €500 excl. VAT; express on request. Order tracking in your customer area.
