21 inch RPET umbrella set in detail

21 inch 3 fold manual open and closure windproof umbrella in 190T RPET pongee. Includes shopping bag pouch. Has hidden zippered compartment to hold umbrella and keep bag contents dry. When bag is not in use, it rolls up and zipper compartment acts as the umbrella sleeve.
